Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Naimo collects, why we collect it, and how it is used and protected. By using Naimo, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your full name, email address, and phone number. If you request a withdrawal, we also collect your bank account number, bank name, and the account name returned by our payment processor. We automatically record basic technical information when you use the Platform, such as your IP address and general device/browser information, primarily for security and fraud-prevention purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account, and verify your phone number via SMS one-time codes.
- To process your task completions, calculate your earnings, and process withdrawal requests to your bank account.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service — for example, identifying multiple accounts created by the same person.
- To communicate with you about your account, task availability, or support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
3. Sharing With Third Parties
We share limited information with the following categories of service providers, only as necessary for them to perform their function:
- Offer/advertising network partners (such as CPX Research and AdGate Media), who may receive a unique, non-identifying user reference and basic device/browser information in order to serve you relevant tasks and confirm task completion. We do not share your name, phone number, or bank details with these partners.
- Paystack, our payment processor, receives your bank account number and account name solely to process your withdrawal requests.
- BulkSMSNigeria, our SMS provider, receives your phone number solely to deliver verification codes.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to resolve disputes, enforce our Terms, or comply with legal obligations (such as financial record-keeping requirements).
5. Your Rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account, by contacting us via the Contact page. Please note that we may need to retain certain transaction records even after account deletion, as required for financial record-keeping.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encrypting passwords, protecting sensitive configuration files from public access, and using secure connections (HTTPS) for data transmitted to and from the Platform. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
7. Children's Privacy
Naimo is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
9. Contact
For questions about this Privacy Policy or to exercise any of the rights described above, please reach out via our Contact page.
This document is intended to clearly explain our data practices in plain language. As Naimo grows, we recommend (and intend to obtain) periodic review of this policy by qualified legal counsel to ensure ongoing compliance with Nigeria's Data Protection Act and other applicable regulations.
