Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Welcome to Naimo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Naimo website and any related mobile application (together, the "Platform"), operated from Nigeria. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Naimo. You may only create and use one account per person. Accounts found to be duplicates, or created using false information, may be suspended or terminated without notice.

2. How Earning Works

Naimo allows users to earn small amounts of money by completing simple tasks, such as watching videos, reading articles, visiting websites, or completing surveys and offers provided by us or by third-party partners. Reward amounts for each task are shown before you complete it and may change at any time at our discretion — we will always show you the current reward before you commit to a task.

Earnings are recorded as a balance in your Naimo account, shown in Naira. This balance does not earn interest and is not a bank deposit — it represents an amount we owe you, redeemable via withdrawal as described below.

3. Third-Party Tasks and Reversals

Some tasks on the Platform are provided by third-party advertising and offer networks ("Partners"). When you complete a task provided by a Partner, that Partner — not Naimo — determines whether the task was genuinely and validly completed. In some cases, a Partner may later determine that a completed task was invalid (for example, due to suspected fraud, an incomplete action, or a policy violation) and reverse the credit they would otherwise have paid us for it.

If this happens, Naimo reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from your account balance, even if that balance has already been credited to you. To reduce the impact of this, some task earnings may be subject to a short holding period before they become available for withdrawal. We will always act in good faith and will not reverse a credit without a legitimate basis from our Partner.

4. Withdrawals

You may request to withdraw your available balance to a Nigerian bank account, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount shown on the Platform. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed manually by our team; while we aim to process requests promptly, processing times are not guaranteed and may vary. Naimo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, your bank, or incorrect account details you provide.

You are responsible for providing accurate bank account details. Naimo is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect account number provided by you. Always confirm the account name shown to you before confirming a withdrawal.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, and withhold any balance, if we reasonably believe you have: created multiple accounts; used bots, automation, VPNs to disguise your location, or other means to fraudulently complete tasks; provided false information; or violated any part of these Terms or the terms of our Partners. Where possible, we will attempt to notify you of the reason. You may appeal a suspension by contacting support.

6. No Guarantee of Earnings

Naimo does not guarantee any minimum level of earnings. Task availability and reward amounts depend on factors outside our full control, including the volume and type of offers provided by our Partners. Naimo is intended to provide a modest supplementary income, not a replacement for employment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Naimo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the balance held in your account at the time the claim arose.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact our support team first (see Contact page) so we can attempt to resolve it directly. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

10. Contact

For questions about these Terms, please reach out via our Contact page.

This document is intended to clearly explain how Naimo works and to set fair expectations between us and our users. As Naimo grows, we recommend (and intend to obtain) periodic review of these Terms by qualified legal counsel to ensure ongoing compliance with Nigerian law.
